You're coming in a bit too low for a genuinely "exclusive luxury" hotel on Paris (especially when you say it in capitals).
The rack rate for the cheapest room at Le Bristol, for example, is 710 euros .

Plaza Athénée, George V, Bristol, Meurice are the fourth best hotels in Paris but it is quite expensive (i believe more than 500 euros/night)
Grand Hotel Intercontinental is a beautiful one, close to Opéra. You have also Hyatt close to Place Vendôme. You can try Hotel Costes on St Honoré street.
To finish, you have the Hotel fouquet's. It just opened last year and it is also a luxury hotel. |
