I did in Rouen. But this was back in the 90's. It was equivalent to about a year in regular tuition because I went to a State school and at that time the my State was kicking in money for study abroad programs for in state residents and out of State residents who were already enrolled in the 4 year program. One guy was going to a private school in another state but since my state was his home state he qualified for the exemption. So he did his junior year through the State program and had all the credits transferred back to his out of state school where he later graduated.

But tuition has gone up a lot since then. If I were you I'd check study abroad programs in your home state as well as with private schools.

Sorbonne in Paris.

It was about 2,000 euros per class without room and board. In Paris, you'll probably be better off renting an apartment.
