No, there are over 7 eiffel towers! If you consider keychains, pencil sharpeners, posters, etc.
or,
No, there is one eiffel tower that is in France that is a bit larger than a keychain.

there is only one authentic in Paris, now you can find smaller replicas around the world like in Las Vegas or Epcot center in Orlando.

Gustaf (sorry if I've spelt that wrong) Eiffel was a very prominent engineer. He designed quite a number of iron/steel structures around Europe. I've encountered structures designed by him that are certainly towers. For instance there is a free-standing lift in Lisbon that is housed in a wrought-iron or steel tower that links two parts of the city on different levels.

There is the original in Paris and a smaller copy in Las Vegas. That is all.

There is also an Eiffel Tower at the Kings Island Amusement Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pretty awesome and probably the closest thing I'll ever get to Paris.
