The train is called Thalys, very fast but probably expensive at this time. The bus line is eurolines. And, if you need a free mp3 audio guide for both cities, try iaudioguide.com |

You can take the fast train service called TGV Thalys from Paris Gare du Nord (Gare du Nord station).
It takes you to Brussels in an hour and a half and it's comfortable.
Check on the SNCF website on http://www.thalys.com/ you can have information in English.
Have fun there ! |

I would recommend taking the train. It will be fairly quick, and it is always a fun experience. You can go to www.sncf.fr and check ticket prices, times and even buy tickets online. The metro in Paris services all of the major train stations, so you can just hop on the metro, and in a couple of stops be at the train station and on your way to Belgium! :) Bonne Chance! |

Grayline tours offers a daytrip to Bruges in Belgium which includes tours and bus transportation, and free time in Bruges.
If you have a limited time, this may be a good option.
Otherwise, I second the train option if you're going without a tour. |
