in France any age can drink :) but they do this to hope that you do not drink a lot and take advantage of it. hahahaha. |

Yes, you are old enough to drink. In most/some European countries, the legal drinking age is 18. Canadian money is going to be less in Paris, since they use euros, which are still more expensive than Canadian dollars. I guess there's a reason why the legal age is a bit less; since Europe is more northern than the US, it tends to be a bit colder there (The July averages are supposed to be from low/mid 70s-low/mid 80s. The avg. January temps should be from the 30s/40s to the 10s/single-digits.) My friend told me that drinking alcohol helps you keep warm. |

The legal age is 18, but you are allowed to drink as much as you want, french are used to seeing young people drinking. |

Currently the Canadian dollar is worth about 0.63 euros |

There isn't an official drinking age in France. As long as you are responsible, you won't get in trouble. However, if you abuse this privelige, you will get in trouble. |

You can probably order a drink anywhere in Paris with no trouble.
The traffic is crazy, be careful crossing the street! The Parisian roads often do not have clear lines, or any lines dividing lanes, they just drive however and wherever they want. No joke! The only scarier place to cross the street is maybe Rome, or London.
You Canadian dollar will not be equal to the Euro. Your bank will be able to tell you exactly. I would purchase Euros soon, before you go as the Euro grows stronger by the day and by this summer you will loose even more when converting your Canadian money for Euros. |
