If not, do you happen to know what is the easiest way to go from any of the 2 airports in Paris to Rouen by train??any specific instructions would be really useful!...
Yes, take a taxi only if you are ready to pay a lot of money or have a lot of luggage. Otherwise public transportation is easier and cheaper:
Take RER B to Paris as far as the station called St-Michel/Notre Dame where you connect with RER C (direction Massy-Palaiseau) to Athis Mons.
It will cost 8.20 € and take a little over an hour.
Once in Athis Mons, depending on your final destination address, you can either walk, take a local bus or a taxi.
You can download a map of the metro through the RATP website below and view your route. RER B is the thick blue line running north-south and RER C is the thick yellow line running along the river. You'll be going on the branch that goes south east.

Cabs are very expensive! See if there is a shuttle or take the train!! Check out the RER or the Metro and save your money for better things than cabs if you can.

grab a map and go by metro. saves you hell of a lot of money. many do this in london, even the new-comers.

The cost should be roughly 65 euros for the 48 km involved.

Cab rides in Paris are way too expensive and impractical - traffic is very bad. It's much better to take the metro - cheaper and faster.

Cabs in paris are awfully expensive to take from CDG into the city. It's a different story if you're coming from Orly.
Depending on what time you arrive, you should judge what you think the traffic will be like. If you get in at a reasonable time, cabs can be a good choice.
Otherwise, I'd take the RER from terminal two and connect to the metro. You'll save a bunch of money this way.
