Can a 16 year old and two 17 year olds stay at a hotel with an 18 year old?
Depends on the hotel. Some hotels do allow it some don't. Some have age restrictions, people under 21 can't stay without someone above 21, others have the age restriction at 18. So you have to check with the hotel. Considering i France you better check and make sure.
When we went to NYC, there were alot of hotels who wouldn't take us, our ages were...19,18,16,14 but we find one that did...usually the expensive ones!
