No - there's no agreement on equivalence of diplomas between US & France probably -

And your US diploma should be registered by the sanitary local authority - mainly if you want to work as a free nurse -

2. Ressortissants de pays extérieurs à l’Union européenne
Les étrangers diplômés de tous les pays extérieurs à l’Union
doivent passer le concours d’entrée dans un IFSI (Institut de
Formation en Soins Infirmiers). Les centres de formation IFSI
sont ouverts aux ressortissants étrangers selon un quota (2 %
des admis en première année), après réussite à un concours
spécifique dont les épreuves, organisées par les DRASS, se
composent :
- d’une épreuve d’admissibilité comprenant cinq questions de
culture générale qui seront aussi un test sur le niveau de français
;
- puis de deux épreuves d’admission consistant en une épreuve
orale en français et une épreuve de mise en situation.
Pour se présenter aux épreuves, les candidats doivent retirer un
dossier d’inscription à l’IFSI de leur choix (voir leur liste à la fin
de cette fiche). Ce dossier, est à retourner complété à la même
adresse, accompagné de ces documents :
- photocopie de leur diplôme d’infirmier (l’original sera fourni
lors de l’admission en formation);
- programme des études suivies, nombre d’heures de cours par
matière et par année de formation, durée et contenu des
stages cliniques effectués au cours de la formation ainsi que
dossier d’évaluation continue, tous documents délivrés et
attestés par une autorité compétente du pays où les études
ont été poursuivies ;
- curriculum vitæ du candidat et lettre de motivation en français.
L’ensemble de ces pièces doit être traduit en français par un traducteur
assermenté.
En cas de succès aux épreuves, les étudiants effectueront deux
années de scolarité,
