Take the RER, ligne B, right at the airport, to Chatelet/Les Halles and then transfer to the metro, ligne 1 to Vincennes (direction Vincennes). You need to know if you are going to Porte de Vincennes or Palais de Vincennes. Different stations, same line.
Cheap and fast.

Cheapest way would be RER B from CDG Airport to the center of Paris (Chatelet les Halles) and then change into RER A towards "Torcy", it goes through Vincennes.
Easiest way would be calling a taxi.

As it was said cheapest way would be the RER but you have to know that it can take a long time to find the RER when you get to the airport... But if you ask around, its not really hard, it just takes more time...
