The George sanc hotel it by Alain Ducasse.

I don't know if this is the best 5 star, if not is the second or third.
It's the restaurant Les Ambassadeurs in the Crillon Hotel (Place de la Concorde).
Other good one it's the restaurant of the Hotel Le Bristol.
Forget The Ritz!!!. They must to invest a lot of money for make a number one hotel again.

Jean Georges, but I don't have the address. Sorry. Don't let anyone tell you that the Moulin Rouge is a 5 star restaurant because it's nothing but a tourist trap and the food is expensive and below average.
