I reckon he used chasser for another meaning, such as a pursuit or something you aim at, a goal. Therefore, i would translate :

Tu es ce que tu penses, tu es ce que tu poursuis, tu es ce que tu fais.

And the second sentence: Je suis ce que je pense, je suis ce que je poursuis, je suis ce que je fais.

It sounds much more logical

Tu es ce que tu cherches (au lieu de chasser).
