I believe it says, I can't wait to get you naked.

Livelaughlove4ever
I do not make you say it, I am in a hurry to see you.
hope it helps!

"I shouldn't say this to you, but I can't wait to see you"

Go girl!!!

Cabal is right, and the previous answerer is wrong - litterally the first part means "you don't have to say" (not "I should not tell you"), and "you bet" would be the best idiomatic translation.
Too bad for the alliance française course, but it was tricky ! :-)

"j'ai hâte de te voir" --> litteral "I'm in a hurry to see you" idiomatc : " I can't wait to see you" : you were right.

btw : there is no sexual implication like the first answerer suggested. It doesn't have to be "see you naked...". But it could be !

The first part is a French colloquial which you can translate as : You bet

So:
You bet, I can't wait to see you.

strummingintime
Apparently it means: I you do not, I can not wait to see you.
