Six 16-yr olds with no adult supervision? No one in their right mind would rent to a bunch of kids, they wouldn't want to risk their property being destroyed. |

One thing you will find is that home liability insurance will be required by the landlord. Typically that means having your own home or flat.
A second thing is that the girls will all want a bathroom. 4 bath villas are expensive;-)
Even if you all were 26, schedules are getting full for the summer, so it may be "challenging". |
