Cheap tickets to Paris from UK?

I have tried major airlines but they are all very expensive! Any tips on how to find cheap tickets for a short break in Paris?

Uh, heres a tip.
Take the ferry... Or if you have more money, take the Eurostar since you don't have to change from the ferry to a bus. It's only like 100 Euros a trip for both of them.

Infos
From where in UK ?

If you close to South of England, You have different choices :
http://www.eurostar.com/UK/uk/leisure/travel_information.jsp
http://www.eurolines.com/

Eurolines is of course cheaper but longer too. (London-Paris, sth like 7 or 8 hours, but only 40 pounds if i remember).

Basically, you've better price if you book in advance, and buy directly return ticket.

I already listed four low-cost airline websites in response to your previous question. Otherwise look for sales, but you may have to wait until the last minute - February is a peak travel time because of school holidays so ticket prices tend to be more expensive.

Yes, I think you should try the Eurostar (Departing from Waterloo intil 13/11 and arrive the heart of Paris in Gare du Nord), it is fast, only 30min check in time (very easy, it through an automatic gate) and it is from city center to city centre.
It takes only 2h35min, it will be even faster in 2 weeks times as eurostar will move to St Pancras station.
Going to the airport is so much hasltle, and the check in queues are endless! The sooner you book it the cheaper it is. Cheap rates includes a Saturday night away, or week end day return.

Hi Stephanie
Take a look at this website and use the Sky Scanner tool at the bottom of the page
Its a great way of finding cheap flights anywhere in the world but around Europe in particular

Hope that helps
