thalys. brilliant train service you'll be there in four hours. if you go on first class you even get food and stuff. it's comfy, it's panoramic. you go through brussel, rotterdam, den haag among other places.

train

bellefemme
try easyjet.co.uk they have some really cheap flights

williamair1
hitchhike on a more serious note trains seem to be the best mode of travel to and from france. you could alternatively search on some cheap flights if they operate to and from hague like ryanair and stufff

Jonathan <><
I'd suggest going by bike.

The train indeed. You can go by TGV (without tranferring straight to Amsterdam), which might be a bit expensive. Or you can go by 'normal' train via Brussels. In Brussels you can get on the international train to The Hague/Amsterdam.

Alternatively, you can go by Eurolines, a bus company. www.eurolines.nl
