Si tu voyages vers l'est, il faut rester reveillé aussi longtemps que possible, jusqu'a la nuit suivant si possible. Si tu vas vers l'ouest, il faut que tu te couches la nuit meme si tu n'as pas sommeil. |

La meilleure facon c'est d'essayer de dormir dans l'avion. Quand vous etes arrive a votre destination il vaut mieux rester reveiller jusqu'a au moins 19h. Ca marche pour moi. Puis le matin vous vous reveillez et ca serait le matin! LOL. |

Il faut essayer de dormir normalement avant le départ, ensuite à l'arrivée il faut tout de suite se mettre à l'heure locale et se coucher à l'heure locale. Il faut eviter l'alcool dans l'avion, boire beaucoup d'eau, et si vous avez toujours des problèmes vous pouvez toujours essayer de prendre des supplements de Melatonine. |

S'il s'agit de 1-3 heures, c'est bien facile, on ne doit changer grande chose, mais, pour un decalage de 11-12 heures, c'est deja un probleme, car, pour les premieres jours, votre vie sera etourdie. |
