Which country is your passport issued from? Sometimes a transit visa is required. Your visa to the US had nothing to do with France. Check with the French embassy or even your airline. The airline will have the info and they will not let you board unless you have the proper documents because they are responsible for returning you to point of departure if you don't have everything you need. Bon Voyage.

Depends on your Passport If you have a british or Euro passport no, I f you are in transit you will only need a visa if you leave the airport, Normaly transit passengers wait in the transit lounge at the airport and do not go through immegration so you dont need a visa.

fed up with stupid questions
Not if you don't leave the airport.

I assume you are traveling through the airport but assume the rules are the same for other modes of travel.

Neither the short time nor your US visa will allow you to leave the transit holding areas. Permission to enter the country depends on your nationality as shown in your passport. For example, US passport holders do not require a visa to visit France. However a visa is required for some nationalities. You will need to check the requirements for you nationality.

Depends on your nationality...go to a French consulate website to check...
