If you go in places where there are tourists, you will find people who speak english, especially in restaurants, hotels and shops...

Just say "Bonjour" in french (which is very appreciated) and people would be happy to help you in your language.

Anyway, the signs language is universal ! :-)

Enjoy your trip in France.

like in every country, if you go in a major town, then you'll definitly find people who speak english.

However, I advise you to learn at least the basics. So you can survive even if you don't find anyone who speaks english.

You will probably find french have a bad accent, but they do speak english...
And people in Paris speak english, it's a lie to tell the contrary, as it's a famous destination for holidays...
