Only day I know they have fireworks at the Eiffel Tower is Bastille Day, the French Independence Day on July 14th.
At night, on the hour, starting from about 9 or 10 o'clock the Eiffel Tower lights up like a sparkler for about 10 minutes. So it kinda does look like there are fireworks!

Sometimes also on June 21st...Music Day (fete de la musique)
Some other days might...as last year for the liberation of Paris...or for some special concerts.
