I study French and I'm from Canada. I recently traveled to France and I can't believe how rude the people were.

We were kicked out of a shop because the owner thought we were Americans. When we explained that we were Canadians he didn't apologize at all.

When standing in line, people would push us out of the way and someone actually walked in front of me while I was talking to the lady at the front counter and started speaking with her right in front of me.

These events happened for the entire week that we were there. People would cut us off, budge in front of us in lines, give us dirty looks and bump into us without saying anything in a crowd.

I will never go back. I don't like France one bit. The people there ruined it for me and as much as I wanted to like it I couldn't.

And if you don't understand, please write at my mail and I'll translate you, sorry if I made spelling mistakes !

Moi! I enjoy french, not really as a class but how it's elegant? All fancy and the buildings are all old and everything.

I studies in france for a year and i loved it. I loved the culture and the way people actually had respect for family and their past. I loved the language, I love the view. Almost anywhere you go in france there is some sort of nature and it is so pretty. There is always some place to escape to and find yourself. There are so many things to do. Even in the small towns and villages you can visit ancient buildings just go some where and learn something. The people are normally very expressive and you can get along with most of the people. It's just a one of a kind wonderful place to be! I wish I was still there!

Even if I travell a lot, I love my country because : each place is different from other in a very quick time becouse it is not a big country like America, so it is surprising !
I love the french cuisine ! all that we cook, cheeses, wines, ... I love the language...
I also love others countries ! I don't think "French (or France) are the best .........", but I am happy and proud to be from here !!
