Alsace and Lorraine are the areas of France along the german border.
The main cities in Alsace are Strasbourg and Colmar.
Strasbourg is also one of the main seats of the EEC.
It is a very beautiful city, and a lovely and interesting place to visit.

It is a French Province, East of France, next to the German border. German Dialect. Traditional dress is a large black bow on the ladies blond hair. Good wine, good food, sourkrout "Choucroute Alsacienne" with porc saussages, ham and "Petit Salé", Black forest Cherry pie, lots of beer, cold climate and snow. A great province to get a great time. Bonne chance, amusez-vous bien. Amitiés. Salut!
