Does anyone know a place in france ?
it has loads of stairs going to the top of it!
French musicians and artists lived there cause it was cheap because nno one wanted to walk the stairs!
Ooooh my god, I can't remember what the name of the stairs is. It's a famous poster. I remember walking down the stairs and I saw people walking up the stairs for fun. I remember thinking, "God, they're crazy!" At the top of the stairs is Sacre Couer which is in the neighborhood of Montemarte where Van Gough and famous painters lived, etc etc. There's also that famous sculture from the book with the man coming out of the wall. Ooh I can't remember!!
Yes, I do...it's the stairs of Rue de Mont Cenis!! My brain hurts now.

You are describing Montmartre. The Artist neighborhood of the last half of the 19th Century, and first part of the 20th.
