Hello,

The most central district in Paris, is the first district, or Paris 1. In this district, you have nice places to visit, Le Louvre, Rivoli street, Place Vendome. Paris 6 you are in Saint-Germain-des-Près. Paris 7 some streets are close to the Eiffel Tower. Paris 8, the famous Avenue Champs Elysees.

I sould advise you to choose a nice 2 star hotel in these districts. Check with hotel website the prices and the location. However, in these districts the price of the hotels is a little more expensive. You can opt for Paris 15, less expensive and very pleasant. Public transport
is great in Paris.

There are some great hotels in the Rue Cler neighborhood. Very reasonable, with free breakfast.

in St. Germain near L'Odeon metro. Convenient, comfortable, beautiful, helpful, friendly. Will send a shuttle to pick you up at airport for 30 euros, have free computer/internet in lobby, delish breakfast in am and comfy beds and nice baths. Ahhh, I wish I could go in the Spring, too!
