Does anyone know if this is a nice and safe area of Paris?

We are thinking of renting an apartment on the Avenue De Breteuil in the 7th Arrondissement? Anyone familiar with this area?

The 7th arrondissement is a good area of the city, apart from being fairly close from the Eiffel Tower, there are pretty good transport links as well like the metro and the bus. Hope you enjoy your stay :)

Central Paris is generally safe.

The 7th arrondissement is relatively quiet and the only danger will be of getting knocked over by some glassy eyed tourist who is too busy reading his copy of Rick Steves guide book to look where he is going.

The 7eme is nice. You should not have any problems. You will be near the Eiffel Tower.

you gotta be kidding............It's one of the richest arrondissement in Paris.

I used to live close to Ecole militaire tube station. It's very nice.
You have nothing to worry about except the rent. Because it's so expensive over there !!
