There is a shuttle bus service that leaves from cdg every 20 minutes during the day. Cost is 16 Euro for adults, 13E for children.

It would probably be slightly cheaper to go by RER/metro but obviously slightly more hassle

No need for hire car. Trains and buses go direct every 15-20 mins. So easy to get there and means you can relax and enjoy the sights on the way.

I'd go to EuroDisney by Eurostar train as it takes you right into Disney itself. Flying there is far too time consuming.
I think the shuttle is free with Disney/flight packages isn't it?
