You and your friends must know nothing of French history. SO many African colonies historically, there are many immigrants to France. Please read some of Martin Luther King Jr's writings and open your mind!

What is the reason or purpose of your question?
Yes, France has people with various skin colors.
In my experience, Arab is not a color of skin.
In my experience skin color is not a determining factor of anything more then contrast among humans.

there are black people everywhere....in some places there's more than others but when it all comes down to it, yeah it is.

I don't know whether to take this question seriously or not. This is the 21st century!!! Is there any country in the world where ALL races are not present to some extent??? What cave does one have to live in to not know this?

But just in case this is a serious question, yes there are Black people in France. Alexandre Dumas who wrote "The Three Musketeers" and many other classic bestsellers was a Black French. Today, there are many first, second generation and immigrant Blacks as well, from former French African colonies and the French West Indies (Caribbean)

There is an almost equal proportion of Blacks and Arabs in pretty much any area of France, and they are all an integral part of the French population, so I'm not sure what part of France your friends were in where they saw few Blacks and mostly Arabs.

And for the person who said that 'noone riots like Blacks', I don't know what you're insinuating, but the recent France riots were in poor neighborhoods and involved disfranchised youth, Arabs, Blacks, etc. It was about lack of economic opportunity, not one race in particular.

Oui. There are many blacks in Paris. They are, of course, mostly of African origin from former French colonies. They suffer alot of prejudice. In fact, a couple of African-residential hotels went ablazed this winter (under suspicious circumstances).
