I lived in Bretagne as an exchange student when I was in highschool. Bretagne isn't far from Normandy really and it snowed several times though the snow didn't ever last long on the ground. I believe the longest it ever lasted was less than a week, and that was exceptional.

No, it doesn't. Actually Normandy is more known for the rain ! (probably one of the rainiest part of France).
