yes he does.. u can get ur doctor/midwife to sign.

have a good time..x

i would hurry tho usually takes about 6 weeks...
u can also go via post office for fast track will cost a bit more tho but tell them the dates ur goin they should get it bak in time. and they check if u have filled in the form correctly...

remember the person signing only signs one photo... i had that trouble with my son's. but they do require 2 photo's

have fun x

Yes, all UK citizens require their own passport (with photo) to travel anywhere except Ireland. This applies from birth.

its ok its not so difficult to get passport just bring the documents:
1.birthcertificate of the child autehnticated
2.latest atleast 6 pictures( its better u take the photo in ohtoshop so that they know the exsct size and the bacgraound)
3. marraige certificate( to verify that r the real parent of the child)
4. personal appearance is needed

Yes, anyone crossing the border needs a passport. I have to get one for my newborn when we go to disneyland, and he/she will only be 4 months when we travel!

Yes babies now require there own passport in the UK.

*~☺~*
Yes, as far as I know all babies/children have to have their own passport. I think the law changed a few years ago.

i'm not sure if you mean 1 and a half years old or fifteen, but
no, it's part of the EU so it's not a problem
