Does the opera houses in Paris (Palais Garnier, Bastille) have English subtitles for their productions?

Not such a dumb question, because U.S. opera houses performing works in other languages often have projected subtitles in English on a device above the stage. I couldn't find specific info for you on the National Paris Opera website, but here's a clue: Palais Garnier is performing La Traviata this month and the website says that the work will be sung in Italian. The lack of further info leads me to believe no subtitles in any language, especially not English. Don't let that stop you from going! I saw Tales from the Vienna Woods in French as a student with limited French, but enjoyed the visual and audio spectacle.
