Yes, you can take an elevator to different levels. On the first couple of levels, they have food, gift shops, even a post office. At the top it's a bit windy, but it's a pretty view.

Hi, you can go up the tower. There are three levels on the eiffel tower ... the first two levels are near the base of the tower, and the third level is at the very top. There are stairs and lifts leading to the first two levels and lifts leading to the top level. Disabled access is only to the first two levels though for safety reasons.
