Eiffel Tower tickets?

Can someone help! On the official website it says that is costs:

Top floor - 12 euros
2nd floor - 7,80 euros
1st floor - 4,80 euros

Does this mean that I can get from bottom to top for 12 euros? Or do I have to pay 4.80 to the first, then another 7.80 to the second and a further 12 euros to get to the top level? It's not clear on the website.

Thanks.

Bottom all the way to the top for 12 euros.

You can also see the 2nd and 1st floor with a 12 euro ticket. Once you have left the top floor you cannot return but you can use the stairs to walk between floors 2 and 1 as much you like. Then you can get the lift down or walk, whatever you like.

i tink its 12 euros to get to the top floor. if you only want to go to the 1st floor then you only py 4.80 and if you only want to go to the 2nd floor its 7.80

You get the whole thing for 12 Euros.

You can't go all the way from bottom to top without getting out at the intermediate levels and changing lifts

It is 12 euros to go to the very top. You have to get off the elevator at the 2nd floor and get on another elevator. Get there early in morning if you want to go all the way to the top because if it gets full, they will stop selling tickets to the top. You'll only be able to go to the 2nd floor.

I've been to both the 2nd and the top, and I like the top better.

I'm fairly sure that you can get to the top for 12 Euros total.
Beware though, I've been three times and the top has been shut twice. It's still a pretty nice view from floor two.
Oh, and judging by the price list, I wouldn't pay an extra 7.80 to go from 1st floor to 2nd floor, they aren't that far apart! Therefore, I think it must be the total prices they have listed.

Each ticket allows access to each floor. So the €12 ticket means you can access all floors. I only got a €4.80 ticket which allowed me access to 1st floor only!!

boudicca_sp
12 euros means all floors - you can stop off at the other two floors on the way up (and on the way back down if you so wish).

Im not sure but I think you have to pay to go to each level :( I went to the Eiffel Tower a few years ago and if I remember right on each level you have to wait in line and pay again. However, I think you can walk up the first two levels for free!!
