33 (so from the UK you dial 00 33), and you only have to dial it for mobiles if you're calling a French mobile number

It is 00 33 for France.

If you want to phone a UK mobile but it is in France, you just dial the normal number. Be careful though, you will pay alot!

If you want to call a French mobile, I think it is 00 33 6 then the mobile number. :o)
