Hello I had the opportunity to be there almost a year ago. I only went to Paris but it was absolutely wonderful. I had gotten my hopes down before I went there because a lot of people told me it wasn't a very clean city and french people were very rude, the Eiffel tower not being as tall as people tought, etc... Because of this, when I got there I was surprised with everything, it was the most beautiful city I visited in Europe.
Well how can I describe it to you... mmm no words haha you have to go... but my feeling of the city was that there was a mixture of different cultures, very beautiful architecture and very rich history. Definitely a place to go. Cheers. |

It's the most visited country in the world (the US however claims the most $ spent by tourists per tourist). Full of interesting sights and sounds, you will fall in love with the delicious foods. Things you are familiar with-- cakes, chocolate candy, cheeses are the best they can be! You'll also love just looking at the buildings, museums and beautiful artwork (not at all stuffy). Regardless of what you like-- fine wine, clever household goods and appliances, great clothes, military history, or just relaxing, France is worth a visit. I'd go every year if I had the time and $. You should go at least once. It does help to speak some French and many French ppl will help you out by replying to your questions (asked in French) in English. As your French gets better, this will happen less often. It is easier to get around France speaking mostly English than it is to get around the U.S./UK/Australia speaking only French. |

france is beautiful!!! the streets there are not the cleanest, the people are not the kindest, but overall its very cool. when you see little muslim people with cups on the side of the champs-elysees, don't give them money! theres a group of them who just do that even though they have lots of money. i saw them in louis vuitton! |
