Frech Male Toilets (bathrooms) invaded by Females?

When he visited Paris recently my brother was shocked to find that French women think nothing of "invading" the Gents (male) toilets & using the "sit down" cubicles.
Have any other guys encountered this behavior ?

It is or was quite common for toilets to be unisex in France. I've often been peeing in a urinal and a lady has passed me to use the female cubicle. I think the French are generally less prudish about the body and body functions than we Anglo-Saxons are.

i live in paris , and i never ever ever "encountered this behavior"

give me TRUTH
All i can say is that I'm on the next flight to France and I'm holding it in the whole flight there

I haven't encountered it myself but my mother is French and at the Louvre the line outside the ladies' room is 30 minutes long when there's no line outside the men's room so yes, she and my teenage sister used the men's room. I was glad I didn't have to wait for them outside the ladies' room for half an hour like so many other guys.

If other women are so stupid as to accept to waste 30 minutes of their time, it's their problem. I don't see what is wrong with them wanting to have equal rights. I wouldn't feel threatened by such an "invasion".

I live and work in France and the correct answer is yes! Also take note it works the other way around too. i.e; men are always invading the womens bathroom.

No, your brother is full of it. I've been to Paris many times and have never seen such a thing. If there was a unisex washroom, it's possible but otherwise, definitely not. In faact at most tourist sites, you will find washroom attendants who charge 25-50 cents to use the washroom, and they keep it clean etc.

I would think it would be fine as long as they went with a friend who acted as the guard. When you gotta go, you gotta go.

No, why would male toilettes look more fresh than females toilettes?
It's quite the opposite, i guess females are more discrete and clean

That could make for interesting situations. I think I would feel uncomfortable with that.

Yes they invade the toilets - and believe it - they scream wildly, say cuss words, and write obscenities on our walls - it is horrible - that is why I always go everywhere with my field-bathroom that I can fold and unfold whenever I want -

And they of course don't shave their armpitts - but this everybody knows -
