La deuxieme phrase est utilise comme ci-dessous,
"J'ai visite la Tour Eiffel en France"...

It's not a phrase, but the correct is the first, if you visited the country.

"J'ai visité la France" if you have visited France.
"J'ai visité en France" if you have visited France in something or someone, "I went to visit the Eiffel Tower in France" I went to visit my aunt in France "(it is more correct to say this case "I went to see my aunt in France")
