I take French (but forgot a lot since it is summer). But the second sentence is saying "I like Americans and in particular singers and dancers"
I think the last one means the director is happy and seems joyful? Not sure about that one, but i am confident that the second one is right.
The first one may be saying the man is very aggressive.
No idea about the third one something about the first client.
