what does le matin mean does it mean morning or every morning

l'après-midi means the afternoon
le soir = the evening
lundi = monday
tous les matins = every morning
for example: tous les matins je me lève à 7h = every morning i get up at 7 o'clock

Not sure but I have a Frommers french PhaseFinder & dictionary and it say "In the morning" is au matin I could not find every morning
