Oh theres tons you can see. You can go to www.frommers.com for a list of all the attractions and information on how to get there and if there is a cost. The places I loved when I was there are the following:

Musee D'Orsay
Louvre
L'Orangerie
Sacre Coure
Notre Dome
Street of Champs Elysee
Musee Rodin
Arc du Triumpe
Eifle Tower
Jurden du Tuilieries

Your your going to have a great time!

the effiel tower etc
the source below will give you some good places to see and visit

wander through neighborhoods like the Marais, Montmartre, and along rue Mouffetard
other than that, the usual places: Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle, Sacre Coeur, La Madeleine, Pantheon, Musee d'Orsay, Musee du Louvre, Centre Georges Pompidou, Musee Rodin, Musee Cluny, La Conciergerie, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Pont Neuf, La Sorbonne, Pont Alexandre, etc.
