Basics: bonjour (literally good day) = hello
au revoir = good bye
merci = thank you
s'il vous plait = please
Pardon, parlez-vous anglais? = Excuse me, do you speak english

Pronounciation is VERY difficult to teach, and I don't know (and doubt you do) know the correct terminology. Try websites... There'd be heaps!

Your English isn't any better than your French.. there is NO SUCH WORD as "prensiaton"... Do you mean PRONUNCIATION?

If you are moving to France and you don't speak a word of French, then how do you plan to manage? The French aren't especially nice to someone that can only talk AmeriKan, you know.

vegas95
Hi ! It should be "présentation" or prononciation
Repeat please !

You should definitely learn french fast! The French aren't too helpful when it comes to English speakers. Overall a friendly, polite population. Try French, and they will be glad to help!

Bonjour = Hello
Au revoir = bye (oh vwar)
merci = thanks (mahr-see)
ou se trouve_____ = where do you find ______? (ooh suh troove)
ca coute combien= this costs how much? (sah coote combee -ehn)
je voudrais = I would like (formal, for a restaurant... juh voodray)

Good Luck! You will need it. Attempt to speak in French and the locals will respect you and most of them in Paris can speak English anyways.
