-il y a seulement un endroit que je peux appeler ma maison (not very good)
-il n'y a qu'un endroit que je considère comme mon "chez moi" (better)
-il n'existe qu'un seul endroit où je me sente vraiment chez moi (the best- or the one I'd choose)

Literally, there is only one place where I feel at home. (The "call" aspect would not work in translation.)
