oh so much! the history, the food and wine, the fashion, etc. I really enjoyed the arts and the museums there. It's just a fabulous city! People always say the French are rude but everybody we met in Paris were friendly to us. |

Yes, many times, I love the rare bookstores, they have all the French classics that I love. Shakespear and Co. is also a great English language bookstore. |

The ambiance. So much culture and art was quite inspiring. It had a relaxed and romantic feel to it. |

Paris has so much to like about it: extraordinary sights like The Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Louvre and much more. The food is gorgeous, it is a shoppers heaven and it is a city of supreme elegance. |

The relaxed atmosphere definately. People seem to enjoy life more there. I went to the Jurden du Tulleries and everyone was there, people in business suits, kids, tourists, it was unreal. I love the culture, the food, the lifestyle. Honestly, when it was time to leave I was really sad, I was not homesick at all. If I spoke french, I would move there. |

This city is a stroller's paradise. I realise this now that I'm living in another country. It's wonderful just to go out and walk about in the city, taking in the sights and sounds, and then sitting down for a drink at a cafe terrasse |

Paris is the most relaxing city I have ever visited.
I like the historic architecture everywhere. The
bakeries are great. Inexpensive Chinese food is
readily available. They have a great subway system.
You gotta love the language. |

YES, I not only have BEEN to Paris, I have LIVED in Paris... about 2 years... I had a small apartment on Rue Clairaut, just a few blocks from the Moulin Rouge... and it was a REAL education... in many ways. Unfortunately, the last time I was back In Paris, there was only one of the old gang still living there or alive (several had been assassinated by the SAS was the rumor) so it was not a real nice visit.
It's a great place to live, if you can afford it.. But Paris is TROP CHER... |
