I LOVE PARIS! My boyfriend as born and raised in Paris, although I met him in the States while he was studying abroad at my university. We have managed to stay together for 2 years (I lived in France for a year to study and be with him, and he has come back to the States for a bit to be with me) and we plan to get married once we graduate from college which is in about a year. So I have definitely fallen in love with a French! I love the food, culture, fashion, people, everything! I graduate next year and once I do, I am moving to Paris for good! I love the States (especially since we elected Obama!) but I love France more.
I would like to know how hard it was for you to get married. Was there a lot of paperwork? Where did you get married? And what about your job? Did you find an English-speaking job? I speak French pretty well, but I would really prefer to have an English speaking job once I'm there. If you could share some of this with me, I would appreciate it! |

I spent a weekend in Paris with my fiance 2 months ago and i loved it. The people are so polite and friendly, the food and drink is good. The city itself is beautiful and has stunning buildings and architecture.
And for 10 minutes at the start of every hour after dark, the eiffel tower lights up with tens of thousands of sparkling lights which looks amazing both up close and miles away.
I would love to live there |

I started going every summer since 1998, when i was 11 because my grandparents live there. My dad, who is French and has dual citizenship for France and the States, married my mom, who is an American. Since I work and have my own money now, I not only go every summer, I started to go during the end of December and sometimes during my Spring Breaks. I fell in love with France, and Paris as a whole, and I really have plans on studying there in 2 years and perhaps to live as well! Last year, I met my boyfriend, and we've been together for 9 months, and Im so deeply in love with him!! French people are so nice, so polite, so friendly. THe food is, OMG, delicious, and the night life is like WHOA! lol. I really love French people and I love the language. I just love everything French :) |

My husband and our kids went there! I didn't fall in love with anyone there, but I was already in love! I didn't really care for our hotel or the food at the hotel, but it is so pretty there! |
