Cape d'Agde has some nudist resorts but it's not like the city is crawling with nudists (the Nudist Quarter maybe). Europe has nudist beaches and resorts all over the place especially along the Meditteranian.
Lots of "family naturists" frequent the islands (families that go to nudist resorts together) and at these resorts being nude is considered normal and is not viewed as sexual so don't go expecting an orgy.

Cap d'Agde has nine beaches, of these one is nudist. There is an area of the town, next to this beach that is also "naturist".
But the rest of the town, and surroundings are perfectly "normal"...and it's quite a lovely little town.
