Help me find a Creperie in Paris, France? |
While in Paris, France, I ate at an excellent creperie. I do not remember the place's name. Possibly located in the 2/3/4 arrondisments, but not sure. I remember place ressembled being inside an old stone castle or stone caves. Any info is appreciated. |

There are hundreds of creperies in Paris.
Naming three arrondissements with heavy concentrations of restaurants does not help and interior spaces that resemble stone caves or castles could describe half the buildings in Paris,
No one could possibly give you an reliably accurate answer to this question. |

Rillifane's right, a lot of restaurants, clubs and hotels have rooms in medieval vaulted cellars. Since you are not 100% sure of the arrondissement let me suggest the only two that come to my mind, but they are on the Left Bank, in the Latin Quarter, in a very touristic district so it is likely you have at least walked past them:
- Le Saint Séverin
While not a crêperie, crepes are a big part of their menu and it has a 14th century vaulted cellar.

- La Crêperie de Cluny
The description does not really match but it has the traditional wooden beams and their website says they have a room downstairs (maybe the cave you are looking for) but I have no idea what the downstairs looks like.

Now if by any chance you recognize one of these two places as being the one you are looking for, please tell me, I'll go buy a scratch ticket after work, because it's like finding a needle in a haystack, with the same chances as winning the lottery. |

Creperies in France are like burger joints in the US. Unless you get food poisoning or leave your wallet there or find your love there's nothing to remember. |

No way you could find your creperie based on the information you mentionned,
But FYI, if you want a revival of what a good creperie can be (and it's true some are really, really bad) the BEST creperie in Paris is TY BREIZ, boulevard de Vaugirard, in the Montparnasse area, XV arrondisssement.
Always crowded, but worth it. |
