#1 s'appellent (feminine, plural --"les" is plural and "filles" has an "s" at the end, which means plural too ;) ) but it's "d'après leurs mères" ;) (adding a d' before the "après"

Definitely not the #2 and the #3. The #1 is correct but I think the best should be "sont nommées d'après leur mère".

It's answer 2. the endings for the verb is ' e, es, e, e ons, ez, ent, ent. '

Les filles s'appelle apres leurs meres.
