I went to Paris twice last April and there are lots things to do. There is Montparnasse Tower, the Eiffel tower, Arc De Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, there is the Da Vinci Code tour at the Louvre, disneyland Paris.

try this website for places to shop: http://www.discoverfrance.net/France/Paris/Paris_shopping.shtml

Galleries LaFayette, La Madeleine - Fouquets and Hediard, Rue de Rivioli - Angelina's for hot chocolate and pastries

you could take the RER A from Paris out to Val d'Europe stop (headed to Disneyland) and there is a designer outlet mall with alot of great stuff. Somewhere near La Madeleine is an outlet that sells Prada,Chanel, Dior, for 70-80% off but I did not get to go to that one.
Too bad you hate musueums as Invalides, The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay are the best!! You might want to reconsider.
Also, Versailles is worth the day spent there!

I went to the Eiffel Tower and it is really nice up there - there's an amazing view and there's a souvenier shop too up the Tower.

Since no one else answered your second question, Dans le Noir is in the 4th arrondissement, 51 rue Quincampoix:
