you have Formule 1 or Etap hotel.
1st one you have to share the toilet/ shower
2nd: you have your own private bathroom
just check accor website but I am not sure there is an english version.
Usually these hotels are outside the city, which means you don't have any Formule 1 or Etap Hotel in Paris or Lyon ...
