Use this website. You click on the location in France that you will be at and it will list cyper cafes in that area. Its in French so if you don't soeak the language some of the information may not be understandable but the address is, I assume, what you need.

The better way is to ask to the tourist office of the city or you could ask people in the street. French will answer you without any problem. |

I agree with first answer but when asking call it a cyber cafe and they will understand you. I know where there is one in the town of Tarbes. It is near the main thoroughfare with the inverted fountain. Good luck. |

In desperation in Germany several years ago, I asked in a store similar to a Radio Shack and had great luck. Any place that sells computers, computer games or other high tech products will have employees and customers that can help you.
BTW, do not believe that the French are rude or don't like Americans. If you don't flash money but do start off with "Excusez-moi," and use "S'il vous plaites," they are wonderful.
They'll even sympathize if you compare their treatment of you positively to the manners in Paris. They generally think that Parisians are rude to everyone--even other French people. |
