You do it via the website. If you need to change it because you haven't been receiving your mail from them then you might have difficulty logging into the site as you need the code printed on your last chèque fidélité to create your account (but in this case you can get it by phoning 3235 and saying "fidélité".

If you don't speak French at all you're going to have problems. Email me if you need more help.
