You have to dial -011 then 33,then they're no,01 is Paris,normally 06 for a cell no,always take the 0 out first

G2008Williams

Dial 011, the international access code.

Dial 33, the French country code.

Remove the 0 from the beginning of the 10-digit phone number. (All French telephone numbers begin with 01, 02, 03, 04 or 05.)

Dial the remaining nine digits.

dial 011-33 then the phone number but not the 0, every French number begins with a 0 and when you call international you do not dial it

Joy M
Are you entering the country code before the number? The country code for France is 33. You will likely have to dial 033 or 0033 before the phone number in order to reach a French phone line.
